Thanks, I used to train at Freddy Roach's Wildcard Boxing Club in Hollywood CA, that's where Manny Pacquiao trains when he's in Los Angeles . It's an open gym available to anyone who wants to workout, even if you are just training to stay in shape and like training alongside real champions . Everyone from little kids to seniors are welcome and it's only $5 for a whole day. I wanted to be fighter when I was a kid but these days , at 55 , it's just for exercise. I'm studying to be a personal trainer and the Boxing and Muay Thai are really great for my clients conditioning. The Muay Thai is a great full body cardio if its' done right . Thanks again.
