Hello From SleepyJohn
« on: June 03, 2016, 09:25:13 PM »
Hi Everyone: I am a professional saxophonist and harmonica player living in Sarasota, Florida and originally from Detroit, MI. I had a large recording studio. Have been fortunate to share the stage with Ronnie Earl, Larry McRay, Martha Reeves, The Vandellas, Pinetop Perkins, The Nighthawks, Musicians from The Miracles and the Dramatics, etc, etc., etc….I take my instruments with me whenever I travel and have been able to sit in or gig in Mexico, Dominican Republic, St. John USVI, Grand Cayman, Mont Serrat, Canada, Puerto Rico, etc. I jammed in Colorado, Detroit, San Francisco, New Mexico, etc., etc….. But enough on that….I just love to jam. I have a band together and most of the members play for a living so I quite often take no money for myself because I JUST PLAY FOR THE LOVE OF IT!!! I am looking forward to jamming on this site and contributing in any way that I can. Please feel free to email me to collaborate musically……John
