Some sad news about one of our members

Hi All,

I have some sad news about one of our members.  Bridget Stahl, Eric Stahl's wife wrote to say that Eric passed away on June 20, 2016.   His wife wrote:  "He was a remarkable man and we miss him every day.

He was a great and compassionate man who could listen to my harmonica playing and find something good in it,  Rick, if you could share that with his wife I would appreciate it.  Truly enjoyed my limited relationship with him.

Sad news indeed. I've probably got some of his harp on one of my hard drives. Might see what I can dig up.

Yeah, that sucks.  Eric was really had his own sound and style when he got too ill to play any more.   Sad news.

Another harp brother gone, sad to hear.  He had a unique thing with harp.

We did a call and response jam some yrs ago when I was an active member, its somewhere in my collection, somewhere. Good participant RIP.

Very sorry to hear about Eric. He was a great guy who had thougtful comments. I enjoyed corresponding via PMs with him. He contributed some great harp fully of personality - going back to the early days of the site.
