We have blocked 2,233 spammers since the jam started in Feb 2012. I am glad the defenses are holding.

Spider might be Drew Minshew from Texas. He's one creative guy. I remember a Hobbit themed backing track that he upoaded in my first year here. I'd upload the strack to that today, it was fun.

And 16 new people have joined the forum since Feb. Not all have posted comments.
It is possible "spider" might also be a search engine "spidering" over us. I seemed to have accidentally turned that feature off for myself. I can't see people currently online. I"ll have to find it again.

Well, Since February our defenses have block 2,233 spammers from joining. 3 of them got in. 2 of them just recently. One was selling handbags and the other ... seemed to be a mistress of a dungeon or something.

More new members than spammers, by multiples. On the Internet it doesn't get much better than that!

2,261 spammers caught now. Another one got in, advertising vacations in Germany. At least we are attracting a better class of spammers. Before it was all Viagara and porn.
