Mate you're just going to read all the info and navigate, your answers are there, its sometimes complicated with the uploads and Audacity >mp3 conversion but Rick will explain to you, cheers

You can find members jam posts at the listening post. You will need a separate login than your forum login though, if you want to send uploads or comment on other's uploads.

Yes, that's first thing.   You use the link which Matt just gave you and create a 2nd login using the same name and login as the one you are using now, when you log into the forum part of the site.

the other part of the site is the actual music upload part of the site.
