  Hahahahaha

I   would have to  look awfully hard to even find a wood combed harp in my collection....  I'm trying to remember who it was  I saw sitting behind a   piano  with a harp in a glass of water..

Back in the old days, you could send a harp back to Hohner for repairs.   But it was really considered "repair" it was considered "recycling".   I would send them a C harp, and what I got back was in the key of C, but it would have off the wall parts like a coverplate that said Eb, and a different comb, whatever needed "fixin".    My harps were so whack out that I didn't save much by doing that.

It would seem that everything   was good "back in the old days"
